Planning and Pricing:
After the free consultation, we will meet with you to finalize the labor cost proposal and project scope. You will have time to review the contract and suggest any changes.
Design Layout:
Various design elements will be created by the architect or general contractor.
Award the Contract:
The general contractor will obtain the necessary permits from the city hall in either Kansas or Missouri to begin the work.
Work Begins:
Once materials have been ordered and the plans approved, work will begin according to the schedule set by the homeowners and the general contractor. We will maintain constant communication with you to keep you informed of the overall progress.
Change Order:
If any changes are made beyond the original contract agreement, the general contractor will issue a change order.
Final Walk-Through:
A final walk-through will be conducted when the homeowner and general contractor agree that the project is complete.
Project Completion:
Once your project is completed, we will provide your lien waivers. At this time, you will be asked to complete a satisfaction survey. Your feedback is extremely important to us, as we are always looking for new ways to improve our service.
